Congratulations to HAP volunteer attorney Brock Wittmeyer. Brock, an Associate at Blank Rome, won over $25,000 in back SSI benefits for a homeless woman who had been trying to prove that she was disabled and unable to work for three years. Brock has advocated on behalf of HAP clients for several years through HAP's SOAR project, but this was his first SSI appeal hearing. Thank you, Brock, for all of the work you've done over the years to help people experiencing homeless and disabling conditions access the income they need to move forward with their lives.
