The SSI/SSDI Outreach and Representation Project provides outreach and representation to Philadelphia's chronically homeless who meet both the medical and non-medical requirements for SSI/SSDI benefits.

Through street outreach to clients conducted in collaboration with the Outreach Coordination Center, the Project seeks out those chronically homeless men and women who are eligible for SSI/SSDI benefits and then provides comprehensive representation from the submission of benefits applications through post award services.

By securing SSI/SSDI benefits for the chronically homeless, the Project provides clients with the economic resources needed to secure safe housing.
