HAP won its case in HAP v. NYC! A federal judge has approved the settlement agreement in HAP's case against New York City enabling clients experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia to more easily access their New York City birth certificates. Bravo team HAP! Read the full Order.

Comcast Cares Day. On Saturday, April 22, HAP Board Members Brian Pedrow and Mike Eagles and HAP attorney Meg Retz, along with a team of volunteers from HAP pro bono partners Ballard Spahr and Comcast, participated in Comcast Cares Day today. The team painted, mowed, weeded and much more at Wayne Hall, a transitional housing program for families experiencing homelessness. View Photos.
