Birth Certificate Clinic at PECO Exelon, October 6. 59 legal volunteers from 10 Corporations (Cigna, Comcast, Chubb, Independence Blue Cross, Lincoln Financial, Merck, PNC, Subaru and Wawa) and the law firm Pepper Hamilton helped 111 homeless individuals and families to obtain birth certificates.
