The CLE provides:
- 2 ethics CLE credits. The course is open without charge to current and prospective volunteers.
- A discussion of the challenges of providing legal representation to individuals experiencing homelessness, and an attorney’s obligations under the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct.
- An overview of White and Williams’ pro-bono partnership with HAP at Our Brother’s Place, Bethesda Project.
